We have selected this weekend so as not to conflict with White Party, Dinah Shore(lesbian)Weekend and most of all Easter Sunday.
EVERYONE who stays at the hotel will need to purchase one of the packages. If there are two people staying in the room, you must purchase 2 packages. Please supply us with the second name in the Comments Section
On Friday night after the WELCOMING PARTY, we will be offering MOVIE NIGHT, with an outside movie theater set up.
On Saturday during lunch, we will have a LIVE DJ poolside spinning your favorite tunes for you.
On Saturday night, Troy & Mark (formerly of Plantet Big SF)will have the Bulge Dance back at Club Oasis.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is 30 days! However, if we are able to sell your accommodations to another attendee, you will only be charged a 10% cancellation/credit card fee.

We will kick off the weekend with a Welcoming Party on Friday night from 7PM to 9PM. This is the perfect time to meet everyone who is here for the first time and connect with old friends. At 9PM, we will be showing a Movie Under the Stars on our big screen. Be sure to stop by the table set up with your favorite movie night candy or bag of popcorn.
Saturday, Continental Breakfast will be provided from 8AM to 10AM in the hotel lobby. At 11AM we will have all your favorite beverages ready for consumption as you bask in the sun in or around the 50 foot pool or 16 man hot tub. At 12 Noon, a DJ will be spinning your favorite tunes poolside until 4PM. If you have purchased a weekend package which includes lunch, lunch will be served at 1PM. If you don’t want to leave the resort for lunch, I highly suggest you purchase the meal package. Where else are you going to get a great lunch poolside for only $10. You are on your own for dinner and then at 8PM, BULGE, the dance for Big Men, Bears & Admirers will be the happening spot at Club Oasis (formerly Heaven), with Troy and Mark to greet you at the door and once again DJ Chub Jim will be spinning your tunes until Midnight. This year we are adding something special. At 10PM we will be having a show featuring three performers that will rock the house.
And then on Sunday, we will do it all over again, with beverages, lunch and lots of fun in the sun.
