On Friday night after the WELCOMING PARTY, we will be offering MOVIE NIGHT, with an outside movie theater set up (depending on the wind).
On Saturday during lunch, we will have a LIVE DJ - Chub Jim poolside spinning your favorite tunes for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is 60 days! However, if we are able to sell your accommodations to another attendee, you will only be charged a 10% cancellation/credit card fee.

EVERYONE ATTENDING MUST PURCHASE A PACKAGE

We will kick off the weekend with a Welcoming Party on Friday night from 5PM to 7PM at Hunters Back Bar. This is the perfect time to meet everyone who is here for the first time and connect with old friends. At 9PM, we will be showing a Movie Under the Stars on our big screen back at the hotel (depending on the wind). Be sure to stop by the table set up with your favorite movie night candy or bag of popcorn.
Saturday, Continental Breakfast will be provided from 8AM to 10AM in the hotel lobby. At 11AM we will have all your favorite beverages ready for consumption as you bask in the sun in or around the 50 foot pool or 16 man hot tub. At 12 Noon, a DJ will be spinning your favorite tunes poolside until 4PM. If you have purchased a weekend package which includes lunch, lunch will be served at 1PM. If you don’t want to leave the resort for lunch, I highly suggest you purchase the meal package. Where else are you going to get a great lunch poolside for only $10. You are on your own for dinner.
And then on Sunday, we will do it all over again, with beverages, lunch and lots of fun in the sun.
